Q. If I discide to order an item or two, how long will it take to be shipped?

A. All orders are dispatched within 72 hours garenteed, we work towards dispatching orders the same day depending on stock level.

Q. How soon after dispatched will it take to arrive?

A. Usually within 24hours depending on your local postal service and weather. All parcels go via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery ( UK and Irland ).

Oversea - will take an extra day or two.

Q. Do you use good quality garments?

A. Yes, our preferred brands are Gildan, Fruit of the Loom, Hanes and Kustom Kit. All heavy weight 100% cotton garments.We have found these brands keep shape and last longer than other brands. All of great quality products

Q. How safe is it purchasing from kreaser.co.uk?

A. Very Safe and Secure. We have chosen PayPal as our payment gateway to ensure saftey for all transation.

Q. Are my details safe?

A. Yes, Paypal only supply us with a list of items purchased followed with delivery name and address plus email address. Your card details are not passed onto us.

We do not, under any cirumstances, give out your name, postal address or email address.

Q. Can I order over the telephone?

A. No, we do appolagise for this but we want to keep valueble personal details as safe as possible.

Q. How do I know if my order went through?

A. You will recieve an email from us and one from PayPal automaticly. Later you will recieve another email from kreaser TShirts with new order status either prossesing or failed and then a last one saying dispatched.

We try our best to keep you informed thoughout all stages. If you have any conserns, please do not hessiate to contact us.

Q. I have only recieved part of my order, where is the rest?

A. We may have dispatched part of your order due to running out of a size and colour. Instead of making you wait, we will dispatch what we have printed. The outstanding items will be shipped as soon as possible. This does not happen often.

If it happens to you, we will contact you with alternative colours in the paticular size. You can then choose to keep to original order or adjust for full dispatchment. There is no extra postal costs for you.

Q. Can I return my unwanted item?

A. Yes, we do have a no quibble returns policy.

Q. I have ordered the wrong size, what do I do next?

A. If you ordered the wrongs size or colour we are happy to exchange it without fuss.

Q. My dog has chewed-up my new tshirt, what can I do?

A. You could always turn it into a vest with air vents or make crotchless underwear from it or just purchase another one from us. We would offer it to you at a discounted price using the dogs_eaten_my_tshirt_discount_code. But there is a catch, it can only be the same as before plus our website address would be printed at the bottom of back.

As a valued customer you have the 'Right to Change your Mind', if we have already despatched your shirt you can just return it to us and we will give you a refund.

T-SHIRT CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Can I iron the design on my t-shirt?
If you need to iron your t-shirt, turn it inside out and use a cool iron setting, the label on the neck of your t-shirt states DO NOT IRON DECORATION. If you really hate ironing put your t-shirt under your mattress overnight, making sure to fold it neatly first, no ironing needed.

Can I tumble dry my t-shirt?
Yes, not a problem, if you remove your t-shirt before it gets to the bone dry stage, fold it when it's warm and you don't have to iron it.
